Our RDS, as with RAMS, products are designed to monitor the
critical on-board systems of our clients assets and can therefore help in two key ways.
The first is to simply respond to monitored failures by directing
text or e-mail alarm messages to a nominated recipient along with a little detail about the nature of the failure.
In doing this interactively and by giving us a clue as to the nature of
the incident it enables us to take timely and appropriate action, meaning that downtime is reduced and service levels
optimised.
